These Manufacturing Assembly Procedures (MAP's) were created for Correct Craft Inc., encompassing all models of the Ski Nautique brand competition ski and wake board boats.
As a production engineer, documenting these procedures offered a distinct perspective and enhanced understanding of the production challenges involved in transforming design concepts into a fully realized, manufactured product. On a day-to-day basis, real-time troubleshooting to expedite production was a constant hurdle, which emphasized the necessity of incorporating Design for Manufacturing (DFM) early in the design process.
